What the heck to do with so much cilantro? Freeze it? Dry it? Can it?
The experiment is all about learning what to plant, how much to plant, where to plant... note to self: next time, a little less cilantro.

I've got a great recipe for Cilantro pie! How about cilantro ice cream? What about drying it, seeing if your soil qualifies as organic, and if so, selling it in little jars for $5 a pop and getting extra dinero for that musical fan of your's education? Or for more bio deisel fuel, or . . for that friend who needs a soprano saxophone?
